Cynthia is a Tennessee native who grew up in Mt. Pleasant. She has served Craft as the youth pastor for 4 years and in 2018 was appointed the senior pastor at Craft. Her passion is seeing others experience the healing transforming love of Christ in their lives. Cynthia and her husband Tim have three children, Dylan, TJ, Robert, and Brooke. 

William grew up in West Tennessee and attended a small Methodist church near Frog Jump, Tennessee. He moved to Columbia in 1983 and married his wife, Kate, in 1984. He worked as a trust officer in a local bank for 27 years. He is retired and raising his grandson and enjoying his twin granddaughters born in December of 2019. He was appointed church Treasurer in 2018. He is also the church lay leader, a member of the choir, and plays guitar for special worship nights.

Allen Staley leads the music for worship and leads our Craft Memorial UMC Choir.

Bethany grew up in Tennessee but moved to Columbia in 2016. She joined Craft Memorial UMC after driving to her job passing the church every day. Bethany quickly became involved in the music ministry at Craft and found many ways to help our church family. She has many skills and loves to use them to glorify God and help her community.
