Day School Board Meeting

The Day School Board works with the staff and church to ensure that the Craft Christian Day School receives adequate support, supervision, oversight, and resources to thrive. The Board ensures that the church is responsible in caring for the facility, staff, and students in the Day School. The Board establishes policies for the Day School and works with the SPRC to establish policies for the staff. The Board recommends salary increases, merit increases, and bonuses. The Board oversees hiring decisions and ensures that the Day School has both strategic operating and long range plans and is capable of carrying them out. The Board acts as a resource to the Day School Director to enable them to live out their vision and achieve their goals. This group will be instrumental in planning and organizing a "Preschool…
